Stornoway Day 1
The Ross County Foundation began our October Stornoway camp today with over 50 kids in attendance aged from 3 to 16 years old taking part over several age groups. This marks the beginning of another of our very well received camps in the area with several age groups selling out almost immediately and growing numbers in other groups we cant wait to get started. We look forward to the rest of the week and might have a guest appearance from 1 of the Ross County first team squad at some point.
Matchday Club
Our matchday club for the upcoming Ross County match against Kilmarnock is now live and available to book on the Ross County club shop online. This is an exciting opportunity to experience a unique and fun matchday at Ross County while getting the chance to see some of the facilities from behind the scenes after some football coaching with our foundation team. There will be limited opportunities to experience the matchday club this season so act fast to ensure you don’t miss out. Soccer Centre
Our Dingwall Soccer Centre and Mini Kickers are now available to book for the second school term of this academic year. With the first block being incredibly successful we hope to see some returning faces and hopefully some new ones being added into the mix. Our final session of the current Dingwall Soccer Centre takes place this upcoming Monday , with our Mini Kickers final session taking place this coming Wednesday. WE will then have a short break for the October holidays and return on the week commencing the 4th of November.
Walking Football set to kick off
The Ross County Foundation’s walking football in association with The Seaforth Walking Football Club is set to kick off at the Highland Football Academy. We continue to strive to support the local community and build a stronger connection between the Foundation and the community.With many courses starting in the coming days and weeks we hope to see a growing number of participants involved.To find out more about the upcoming courses use the button below.
Education Through Sport
The Ross County Foundation has been delivering a package to young people at Obsdale Primary School since April this year that has focused on education through sport. This initiative has been run in partnership with the Scottish Government and the Scottish Football Association with the aim of making a difference in young people’s lives by giving them the chance to learn and develop as individuals in a fun and engaging environment. Walking Football
The Ross County Foundation is proud to support walking football in the highlands as we see walking football return to the Highland Football Academy and will be run in association Seaforth Walking Football Club who we are delighted to have onboard. The team will now train every Wednesday in the indoor astro facilities at the HFA.New members are welcome to join the team with the first session being free and £3 for every session thereafter. October Courses
The Ross County Foundation’s October football programme is now available to book via the RCFC online shop and is in high demand. Our team will be back on the road travelling to Stornoway for another week of football picking up from where we left off after an incredibly successful summer as shown in the graphic below.
