About Us
The Ross County Foundation was founded in 2015 as the official charity partner of Ross County Football Club, “to provide support and change for the better in the community.”
As the football club for the Highlands & Islands, we recognised the need for an organisation to drive forward with engagement of our people in rural and remote areas all year round. Our intent is to deliver a wide range of projects to communities across our area and ensure that we give as much as we can to our local area.
TRCF works in partnership with local charities and business – The Pebble Trust, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, NHS Highland, Age Scotland, Climate Challenge Fund, Keep Scotland Beautiful Charity and more.
The Ross County Foundation (TRCF) maintains a close and mutually supportive relationship with Ross County Football and operates under the direction of its own Board of Trustees.
By operating as a registered charity and separating its business activities entirely from the football club, The Ross County Foundation is able to access funding and CSR sponsorship opportunities previously unavailable to RCFC.
This additional funding resource is targeted to benefit those in need within the Highlands and Islands.
