Ross County’s SFA Development Officers deliver coaching pathways to the local grassroots coaches who are keen to progress up the coaching ladder. The courses are hugely popular and attract around 213 participants a year.

The McDonalds Community Club Project is a new initiative which will see a member of the Scottish Football Association coaching staff work individually with the club coaches of a grassroots club within the highland area for approximately six months. The project is in association with McDonalds, who part fund the programme.
The Scottish FA quality mark is an initiative designed to support grassroots development in youth football. The club’s coaches work with and support local grassroots clubs and schools to increase youth and community participation as well as enhancing player, coach and volunteer development.
